No cameras/recording devices allowed. The only exception is for professional media personnel who has been approved by the venue.

Each attendee, regardless of their age must hold a valid ticket to be granted entrance to a performance

Event start times may vary but most begin at 8pm or 10.30pm. Doors will open 45 minutes before and you can take your seats within 30 minutes before.

There is no particular dress code required. For advise on what to wear, most attendees arrive in smart casual for general productions and for operas and ballets formal wear to black tie.
What are the box office hours at the Todd Haimes Theatre?
The box office hours at the Todd Haimes Theatre are from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM Monday to Saturday. On Sundays, the box office is open from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Please keep in mind that these hours may vary due to holidays.
How can I purchase a ticket for a show?
There are three ways you can buy tickets:

If you want to get the best seats possible, you should always purchase tickets in advance.
What happens if I arrive late for a show?
You’ll still be able to see a show if you arrive late, though you might have to wait to be seated. The Roundabout Theatre Company attendants will find a suitable pause in the performance to avoid disruption to the performers and audience members.
Is there a coat check available?
You will be able to store coats or other belongings if needed. There is a small charge for this service. The facility is located near the main foyer.
Are there any security measures in place?
In order to keep everyone safe, bag checks are conducted upon entry. Keep in mind that any backpacks, large bags, or suitcases are not allowed inside the theatre.
